In my early 20's I was fortunate enough to spend several years travelling overseas - nurturing my curiosities.
This journey sparked my passion for treating the body and soul through mindful bodywork. I returned to the UK, began studying holistic therapies and settled in London for 5 glorious years...
I have been living in Brighton for almost 5 years now and and feel extremely grateful to be able to call this place home.
I am super proud to be offering treatments from our new space = The Base. Tucked away in the vibrant North Laines

The nitty gritty...
I have been a fully insured Member of the Association of Reflexologists for 9 years, with a Distinction in Anatomy & Physiology, and Clinical Reflexology.
Additionally, I am fully qualified and insured in -Advanced Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Swedish Massage - I trained with the fabulous London School of Massage.
I am currently studying for my Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist qualification with the renowned JING, right here on Bond St Brighton.
My continual professional development in Reflexology includes completing AOR approved courses in:
Hot Stone Reflexology -
Mentored by Sally Earlam; Head of Training and Education for the Association of Reflexologists. The hot stones are loved by clients and really take relaxation to another level!
Facial Reflexology- The Bergman Meathod.
I was luck enough to be mentored by Ziggie Bergman herself. Ziggie is the leading expert and teacher of Bergman Method Facial Reflexology in the UK and Ireland.
Pregnancy Reflexology and Power Reflexology -
Both courses mentored by Louise Keet; who has been described by Mail on Sunday as ‘Britain’s leading Reflexology practitioner’!
My continual professional development in Massage includes completing FHT approved courses in:
Indian Head Massage-
Course completed at the wonderful training school, right here in Brighton, called Lash and Thread. I have tailored this blissful treatment to include facial and foot reflexology. Providing the ultimate relaxation.
